Our wheat sourdough is available as rolls also, with the same great taste as the loaf. As I share these descriptions, I can't help but think about the many days we start here at Joan's Sourdough Bread with a hot wheat roll filled with just a "small" pat of butter. Once you try them, you'll never forget it.
Package contains eight generous rolls or you can have 12 rolls to the package, same weight and price.
Ingredients: Flour ( unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid ) whole wheat flour ( 100% whole grain stone ground whole wheat flour), granulated sugar, salt, yeast, potato flakes, canola oil, and water.
We do not add any additional preservatives to our bread.
Note: Our bread is Appalachia style sourdough. It has a soft texture and a slightly sweet taste. It is not San Francisco style sourdough.
