Even though we call this loaf plain, there is nothing plain about the taste. It's just plain delicious any way you slice it.
Ingredients: Flour ( unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid ), granulated sugar, salt, yeast, potato flakes, canola oil, and water.
We do not add any additional preservatives to our bread.
Note: Our bread is Appalachia style sourdough. It has a soft texture and slightly sweet taste. It is not San Francisco sourdough.
