Joan's Sourdough Bread

This is the flavor the rest of our mixes came from. It is the simplest of breads to make, you only add canola oil and water. It makes two loaves, or 24 dinner rolls or 12 sandwich buns. And our plain mix is the only one you can make our famous cinnamon raisin rolls out of. We include the instructions to do it all.
