From time to time we get calls concerning problems with orders not being processed. Much of the time the problem is that the customer is not creating an account (choosing a username and password). Paypal will not process your payment unless you do this. Even if you have a paypal account it will still give a error message such as, you left some information out. I hope this will solve your problems. If not, please continue to call us and let us try to help.

For our friends west of Texas,
If you choose to have your package shipped UPS please be aware that it is a seven day arrival time. USPS can deliver faster for our customers out west.

Also, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week. Your order needs to be placed by Saturday of each week in order to ship the next week.
