Joan's Sourdough Bread

A very nice lady told me once that I should rename this bread to Southwestern Sourdough Bread because when people saw the word Jalapeno they immediately thought HOT. She said it was very misleading and I couldn't agree more. The jalapeno adds alot more flavor than it does heat. Along with the onions and a little cheddar it makes an incredible bread. When was the last time you had a burger on a Jalpeno bun. Well now you can have 2 loaves, 24 dinner rolls or 12 of those buns for the best burger you will ever taste.
