Joan's Sourdough Bread

You will be pleasantly surprised with this choice, we are taking sourdough up a notch. Our Jalapeño is so versatile, enhancing any food you may want to enjoy with it.

Ingredients: Flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid ), granulated sugar, salt, yeast, potato flakes, minced onion, cheddar cheese, fresh jalapeno peppers, real bacon bits, canola oil and water.

We do not add any additional preservatives to our bread.

Note: Our bread is Appalachia style sourdough. It has a soft texture and a slightly sweet taste. It is not San Francisco style sourdough.
