Joan's Sourdough Bread

With this classic taste, lots of plump sweet raisins and cinnamon galore, all topped with a perfectly sweet glaze......you'll always want more..

Ingredients: Flour ( unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid ), granulated sugar, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon, yeast, potato flakes, canola oil, raisins and water.

We do not add any additional preservatives to our bread.

Note: Our bread is Appalachia style sourdough. It has a soft texture and a slightly sweet taste. It is not San Francisco style sourdough.
