Joan's Sourdough Bread

The perfect combination, a good cheddar and melt-in-your-mouth sourdough with just the right amount of garlic, what more do you need?

Ingredients: Flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid ), granulated sugar, salt, yeast, potato flakes, cheddar cheese, canola oil, and water.

We do not add any extra preservatives to our bread.

Note: Our bread is Appalachia style sourdough, it has a soft texture and a slightly sweet taste. It is not San Francisco style sourdough.
