Joan's Sourdough Bread

The name apple cinnamon almost says it all. The only thing left is what you will be saying when you sink your teeth into this awesome bread. And just think, now you can smell this sweet aroma as it bakes in your oven. This is one that you can make the biscuits with. Maybe you should have your glaze ready (included in instructions) just in case you can't wait for them to cool. You can make buns with this variety also, kids love them with pb&j. I don't usually glaze the buns but it is your choice.
