Joan's Sourdough Bread

Our blueberries are the real thing, there is no artificial flavor here.

Ingredients: Crust: unbleached enriched soft winter wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), leavening (sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate), salt, Crisco shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, mono and diglicerides), granulated sugar, water. Filling: Blueberries, corn syrup, food starch, citric acid, equal (dextrose with maltodextrin (aspartame---Nutrasweet brand)).

We do not add any additional preservatives.
